Stand Strong Again has just finalized the date for its second annual fundraising party in connection with the Outdoor Retailer Trade Show in Salt Lake City. Block out Friday August 8, 2008 on your calendar. We will be returning to the scene of last year's crime: The Hotel (200S 155W).

However, this year the entertainment will be all-time. The House of OM Tour will be making its SLC debut at The Hotel Elevate, bringing an arsenal of DJ's including Andy Caldwell, Colette, and DJ Heather. Last year we nearly packed all three floors and raised $10,000 for action-sports participants with spinal cord injuries.

We'll be hosting another silent auction and will have some innovative gear and swag from such companies as GoPro Camera, MBT The Anti-Shoe, EmergenC, 4FRNT Skis, Icelantic, 3Wishes Lingerie, Smith Optics, Salomon, Benchmade, Chaco, Leatherman, Align Spa, Black Diamond, Teton Gravity Research and S4 Optics. Also, anyone who bids on the silent auction will receive a free one-year subscription to Freeskier or Snowboard Mag.
